Michael was the founder of Personify Marketing, a full-service digital marketing agency, where he has oversaw the agency’s strategic and creative direction for 8 years. He brings a fusion of business development, technological skill, and innovative strategy to the team. Prior to founding Personify, Michael served as the VP of Digital Strategy and Social Marketing at Fuseideas where he led the agency’s breakthrough campaigns across a range of digital services. Utilizing a ~$17M budget, Michael spearheaded the development and implementation of the new social and digital marketing strategy for the Bermuda Department of Tourism, achieving a 2,000% increase in digital engagement. Previously he served as the Executive VP at OTW Communication where his responsibilities included brand identity, content creation, email marketing, and mobile integration.
Michael has led marketing initiatives for a broad range of companies including RSA The Security Division Of Dell/EMC, National Geographic, Virginia Commonwealth University, and HBO.
